Research learning is an important education reform measure to Meet the needs of the development of the times and carry out quality education. Being a new learning concept, it aims at reforming exam-oriented education and the disadvantage of passive study. Its central purpose is to change traditional teaching method and develop the students' creative spirits and practical ability. It has wide foundation of theory, outstanding characteristics and clear target of training. This open way of learning requires all teachers to speed up study, change ideas, improve ability and explore new pattern of teaching actively.The purpose of the research is as follows: explore how to carry out research learning in physics teaching in middle schools. In the practice of educating and teaching, the foundational subject teaching is the main part, which takes most of the students' time and space. Therefore, carrying out research study in the classroom of the middle school is certain to promote the further development of theory and practice of research learning and advance educational reform efficiently.By adopting the Comparison-Experiment method, I did experiments and research on the methods of research learning in middle school physics teaching. On the basis of that I reached a conclusion it is Subject-Studying and Knowledge-Rediscovering that are the two methods of carrying out research learning. Meanwhile, I concluded the main teaching pattern of Knowledge-Rediscovering Question- Discussion teaching pattern.The experiment results show that: it is effective to do the research learning in middle school physics teaching and the research learning in subject teaching is the main way to realize it; the main field for research learning is in the classroom teaching. Question-Discussion pattern shows the research learning theory, the modern learning theory and lays emphasis on the role of the students in class. At the same time it improves the students' creative and practical ability. It also results in good marks. The Question-Research pattern is an effective teaching pattern. It's much better than the traditional pattern.?...
