On The Appreciations And Teachings Of The Works Of Love Literature In Chinese

There are a lot of teaching materials focusing on love theme or relating to love in the Chinese texts of our middle school. It is very significant to broaden the students' view in reading, to improve the students' aesthetic judgment and to help them pass their adolescence successfully. Since love theme is a sensitive subject in today's China, the appreciations and teachings of the works of love literature also becomes susceptible. This essay focuses on this subject. This essay tries to approach the appreciations from different angles and to go further into the teaching ideas and teaching methods of the works of love literature on the basis of theory of modern literature and the newly teaching methods of Chinese. The whole passage consists of three chapters.The first chapter tries to probe into the works of love literature from the three main appreciation angles. Try to experience the beauty in both images and emotion from the view of aesthetic judgment; try to realize the moral connotation of love from ethics; try to know the connotation of love in our times from the sociology. All these appreciation angles can be in crossed progress.The second chapter tries to go further into the research of the teaching of works of love literature and the fostering of moral integrity. This chapter first deals with the function of fostering moral integrity by the works of love literature, then it makes a brief analysis on the basic requirements a teacher should possess, finally it makes some suggestions on the teaching of the works of love literature.The third chapter discusses the skills of treating some complicated lovedescriptions. The teacher can guide the students by class reading and protect the students from the corrosive influence of immoral works.The essay summaries the improvement of the students' whole accomplishment and the fostering moral integrity on the influences of the works of love literature and at the same time make some demands for teachers from the needs of the times and the characteristics of love literature.
