As the implementation of the newly published The New National Curriculum Standards in China, in middle school English teaching, cultivating students' creative spirits and practical abilities has become the essence of ability research, which is closely associated with high-qualified teachers. But now, most of the teachers lack the consciousness to create. The author, according to the task of researching the creative teachers and what they should bring about in English language teaching, from the reason why the teachers lack creativity, makes suggestions to change ideas and carries out behavior research for teachers. At the same time, the author tries to make it clear that teachers should inherit the qualities both in teaching and in psychology and present them in the process of English teaching.Through the research of this task, it is believed that creative teachers should adopt advanced teaching patterns and make great efforts in changing teachers' teaching concepts, teaching methods, teaching means, teaching management, teaching assessment, etc. After practice and the research of this program, it is the goal to break the influence of traditional teaching patterns, to construct democratic, detective English study environment with creative teaching strategies and offer an opportunity between the teachers and the students for bilateral development. The ultimate purpose is to train the students' creative thoughts and creativity.The author quotes relevant theories and the principles from domestic and abroad on creation and education according to the above-mentionedproblems. Constructivism, Humanism and social interactionism will provide theoretical and practical foundations for the task research, which will accordingly improve the teachers' self-development consciousness and direct them to teach innovatively on the base of reflective teaching.In a word, the intention of this paper lies in that teachers should present creativity in teaching practice. That is to say, teachers should improve classroom teaching, raise learning efficiency and the learning interests of the students by changing their learning styles, and train the students td form deductive ability and autonomous learning ability. The final goal is to train students to have the sense of innovation, to establish foundation for their lifelong study. Therefore, creative teacher development and the research of .creative teachers are still essential and arduous.
