With the continuing enlargement of Chinese higher education, the problem of the university graduates' employment has become more and more protruding. This paper mainly studies on the relative problems of the university graduates' employment in the transitional period in Jiangsu province, and this paper is guided by the normal logical route of proposing the question, analyzing it and solving it. I start this paper with illustrating the employment situation of the university graduates in Jiangsu province, then I comprehensively apply the multiplied-subjects containing the higher education Economics sociology and Administration, after that, I argue the factors which influence the employment of the graduates such as the Chinese present transitional economic systems, the mode of the Chinese higher education system and the continual change of the job-hunting market, attempting to disclose the employment problems and find out the main affecting factors on the employment, that is, the mislocation between the graduates-cultivating structure and the ecnomic structure; the strong cantrast between the notions of talents-education and mass-education; the crux between the job-hunting mode and the market-practising mode; the gap between the job-hunting inclination and the development of the social economics; the increasing difference between the rural areas and towns.This paper is based on the successful experience in foreign countries on the solving the problem of the employment, put forward the suggestion and solutions to solving the hardship of job-hunting in Jiangsu province, what's more, I also concept the ideal patterns of the employment, that is, the ideal of the employment pattern facing the future should be based on the platform of talents market, mixing with the window of the universities service, to build up an employment pattern of the self-choosing, enduring in pioneering work and life-long learning.
