Grade group is a part of school managerial origination system and the basic unit of school activity. It is important to ordinary education and instruction. At present, many problems consist in middle school management. Superabundant management layers result in instability mechanism of the school organization, which can' t match school in the number of teaching class. The redundant intendants cause difficult communication, . indefinite obligation and low efficiency. The serious bureaucratese result in nervous relation in leaders and teachers, depressed teachers' enthusiasm and initiative. In a word, the managerial mode of grade ground may improve problems of school management. In the same time, we should mend the mode by the practice.Many theoreticians have explored in the innovation of school organizational mechanism to improve school efficiency, which emerged a lot of successful experiments and abortive problems. In the paper, I construct the system of middle school managerial origination based at the recent research achievements by the actuality of school management. Grade group turn into the executive mechanism that control the school macrocosmic management. The headmaster of grade group, who naissance by votes, and direct obey to schoolmaster, participate in making police, have responsibility for education and teaching. The headmaster of grade group should mobilize the enthusiasm, the creativity and the initiative by teacher fellowship. The other origination become ministrant and supervisory department, affording consultation, appraisal, harmony and inspection. Finally, the schoolmaster office become the system of making policy and command. The subsidiary office become the system of consultation. The democratic feedback office become the system of supervision and feedback. The mechanism of the school organization that consist of the schoolmaster office, the subsidiary office, The democratic feedback office and grade group have the capital affect to improve school management and the institution of schoolmaster responsible for affairs, enhance school efficiency, progress school sustaining development.
