| Teachers' rights and interests refer to the rights endowed to teachers by law. The implementation of teachers' rights and interests has impact on teachers' life quality and profession idea. By making survey and literature review, this article analyzed and studied the present situation of teachers' rights and interests in Xisai District, Huangshi according to the content of the Teacher Law.The conclusion of this study is: 1. The guarantee of teachers' rights and interests in the district is collectively low; 2.Imbalance is a prominent characteristic of teachers' rights and interests in the district; 3. Government capital investment and school management system are two factors influencing the implementation of teachers' rights and interests.
