With the progress of automation, information, network, digital technology in the globalization, knowledge and information has become the most important tangible and intangible asset of human being. Professional education or one-off school education cannot meet the fierce competition of the information and network time. One cannot exist if not knowing how to study in learning society.However, the rapid network development provides people in the 21st century the study areas that are over the time and space. Distance education based on the network and open study has made great strides in many countries. The network has aroused the deep changes in the study theory, method, system and content. It also makes the learners to encounter a series of difficulties and challenges in the aspects of computer and network management, suitability, study strategy, individual psychology, and self-control. It is essential to do some research in the individuation study during the network and information time. Furthermore, the research for this purpose still needs more enhancements. The article explores the aspect.Because of the diversity of people in the age, knowledge level, profession background, work experience, geographical location, study situation, and learning motivation ect, it decides the main body status of learners' and this study can serve for the learners in the process of knowledge accumulation. Both distance education and network education offer the individuation study sources and services for the learners. Learners need to make use of their learning strategies, methods, network resources and mobile study to search for knowledge and information. The important thing is that we do not deny cooperation and collaboration study with emphasizing individuation study, because it is effective.The paper probes into the web-based interactive learning around two aspects in, my researches. The one is the teaching process with the course-centered instructional design, organization and applications of resources. The other is the service architecture of supportting learning with the student-centered web-based resources and frequently asked questions.Generally speaking, students with different abilities can acquire the better benefits in the web-based individualized learning environment. The environment not only enables students to grasp the knowledge, but also enables them to know how to learn. The learning model cultivates students' independent abilities to learn and consider. It also promotes students' individual development.
