In the learning process,the having of interest,motivation and it's level directly affects the behavior and result of study .It is proved that students with higher motivation could keep an earnest attitude and perseverance to complete the study task.On the contrary,students with lower motivation can't overcome the difficulty to keep the attention and carry on the study actively in the study. So in the teaching, to understand the student's motive demand, according to their character characteristic, develop their learning motive, stir up their interest in the study, should be valid teaching strategy. As an educator, we should protect the interest of good student, respect the student's character, teach according to his ability Be a chemistry teacher, we want to develop the student's interest in the chemistry course, encourage their passion for the chemistry, and science. This is also the purpose of this essay.The full text is divided into three chapters. Chapter 1, realistic meaning of the domestic and international educational comparison and concentrates on the practical significance of the topic, firstly discuss the classification of motivation, then analyze the study motivation in theory from four fields, inner and external motivation, self-efficacy and training, attribution and training. Chapter 3, the chemistry teaching strategy practices the study. Section 1 is to study the project; Section 2 is the chemistry learning motive to investigate and analyze; Section 3 is the implement of the teaching strategy that stirs up the chemistry learning motive; Section 4 is a teaching strategy that makes use of the learning motive to stir up and carry on the research result of the teaching.
