Exercise priscription teaching is one of the teaching methods in P.E, which is operated to improve the students'enthusiasm and cultivate their habit to participate in sports games forwardly in the future. In the mode as metioned, P.E teachers firstly have to get the main information of the students, which is derived from their body-checking datas, and secondly they have to consider integrated features of the students'condition about the students, which is measured and transformed into exercise prescription to guide the P.E teaching and learning. The priscription, which regulates the intensity, frequency, time and schedule in order to achieve the prospective aim, is also pointing a view to ensure that most of the students could master the ways and means to exercise and develop good exercise habits and interests in the future.The study is engaged according to the life science and health knowledge as theoretical basis and directed on student times the physiological and psychological characteristics of in the public exercise teaching model. In order to change the track and field lesson in a single, practicing dry method through a variety of interesting games, exercises to teaching, to track and field fitness of the content, so that students fully understand the means fun fitness prescription, effectiveness, track and field training exercises by means of its self-practice good habits, improve by means of training students interested in track and field, and gradually develop a lifelong awareness. Through this study of PE reform and to accelerate the scientific process of fitness provided some experimental and theoretical basis.The topics to Rizhao Vocational and Technical College 2008 210 ordinary college students as test subjects will be divided into the experimenter increased speed, endurance, strength, agility and comprehensive training of different target groups, etc., according to different prescription purposes, for each target group has developed two sets of exercise teaching programs, for 2 hours per week, 90 minutes per lesson 17-week fitness prescription teaching, teaching the control group according to the original plan. Tests mainly include physical shape of the height, weight, chest three indexes, the contents of heart and lung function in heart rate, blood pressure, lung capacity and step test, cardiac index and five indicators, physical indicators in the 50-meter run, 1,000 meter race, Sit and reach, standing long jump, grip strength, arm strength, pull up, jump, jumping nine target quadrant.After 17 weeks of teaching, can be seen in the experimental class performed better than students in physical education classes students were significantly improved physical performance; fitness exercise prescription so that the physical quality of the experimental group significantly increased the main test indicators, while allowing the subjects speed, stamina, agility, strength and other qualities have been improved significantly, reaching the idea before the experiment to verify the prescription's validity and feasibility; exercise teaching, students of cardiopulmonary function has also been significantly improved. Through the questionnaire showed that the experimental students in the class lesson on a marked track and field interest, to make their own track and field by simple physical exercises, teaching through the prescription, along with the function of the body increased gradually built up the sense of lifelong physical .Prescribing teaching, teachers should pay attention to the appropriate theoretical knowledge taught in training areas, to stimulate students interest in learning, develop independent thinking, creative exercise habits and change the past, the purpose of technological learning, the knowledge, methods, technology transfer, increase student self- exercise initiative; with special attention to the development of exercise prescription, prescribing programs must focus on the design and feasibility, importance to students of individual differences, reasonable arrangements for each section or each person's exercise intensity, Shi Jian, the frequency , to demonstrate that aerobic, anaerobic, mixed projects complement each other, to ensure the quality of the overall development of students.Suggested that physical exercise teaching students, cardiorespiratory function, body shape and other aspects of the Ministry of Education indicators Celiangkeyi reported physical health standards of the students tested activities integrate, it can save manpower and material and financial resources and be presented more accurate data.
