High vocational education is closely linked with the local economy. This kind of affinity not merely reflect that the high vocational colleges are the services of the local economy, but reflect in the innovation of application form which formed by the local economic technological advantage and intelligence of high vocational colleges. Therefore, the development of School-based curriculum seems particularly urgent and imperative, its evaluation and analysis also gradually become a kind of beautiful scenery of the Chinese education in the new century. The selected title mainly connects the importance of the School-based curriculum with the disappearance of course evaluation in the high vocational colleges .The article mainly includes four parts:The first part. It is comb to research the current situation of the School-based curriculum and historical train of the course evaluation, so as to confirm course evaluation pattern and criterion that should be inherited in the school-based curriculum, this part will offer theoretical foundation for the school-based curriculum evaluation.The second part will analyses the intension, epitaxy and main characteristic of the school-based curriculum evaluation in the high vocational colleges; analyses its value idea, and its current situation appraised to the high vocational colleges of our country. This part will offer the value basis and practical basis for the school-based curriculum evaluation.The third part will study the appraisal system of the school-based curriculum evaluation in the high vocational colleges; use the Ail-Round Evaluation Pattern to evaluate the course scheme, course implementation and the course implementing effect, and try to build the evaluation scaling of the school-based curriculum.The fourth part. The guarantee on corresponding organization, personnel and system should be possessed, because school-based curriculum evaluation is not merely a theoretical problem, but a practical program.
