In exhaustive exercise, with the accumulation of free radical in organics, the lipid peroxide reaction is strengthened, which result in the change of structure and function of cell membrane. And it is the important reason which produce fatigue after exercise. Therefore the effective disposal of free radicals in time bears important significance for the postponing of fatigue. Nutritional medicament made from TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) is economical and has little side effect. With the rapid development sports research and athletics, under the condition of modern advanced experiments, Nutritional medicament made from TCM has been used by the circle of athletics and sports and nutritional medicament made from TCM has produced marvelous effect. But at the same time, there exist many problems. Due to the marked difference in research scheme, experiment conditions, testing guidelines, the source of subject, period of treatment, the judgment of exhaustive exercise, the place of sample, the time of sampling and testing instrument which will affect the observation of TCM's anti-fatigue effect, it is very difficult to compare and decide which product is best and more suitable for yourself. So the establishment of model should be standardized to facilitate the comparison, exploration and selection of the best treatment method among anti-fatigue TCM medicament. Based on the author's investigation of the medical value and clinic application of Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc as well as the interaction of mobile radical and free radical, Cyclocary Paliurus and free radical, momordica grosvenori and free radical, Vc and free radical, thesis compares and studies the effect of Cyclocary Paliurus momordica grosvenori and Vc on exercise competence, the protection of liver and heart and the disposal of free radical and anti-fatigue competence after exercise to explore and select anti-fatigue products with best effect and provide the theoretical and experimental proof for the development and utilization of Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc as healthy food and nutritional medicament. The research in the first phrase aims at the effect of Cyclocary Paliurus on mouse'exercise competence and determine the efficient and scientific best amount of lavage. This experiment take healthy male Kunming mouse at the age of 8 as research object. And the mice are randomly divided into 6 groups, ten mice in a group. They are blank control group, dose group 1, dose group 2, dose group 3, dose group 4 and dose group 5. In this experiment, we determine the lavage dose based on toxic experiment, adopting Huang Luogeng's "Golden Section and Optimization"and explore the best dose amount of lavage taking climbing rope with load and swimming with load as model. The result of the experiment show the effect of dose amount on the exercise competence is more obvious in dose group 3 (20.84g/kg.w.d) compared with other control groups or dose group. So the dose amount in dose group 3 is determined as the best dose amount for later experiments. The research in the second phrase aims at the comparison of the effect of momordica grosvenori VC on mouse'anti-fatigue competency to explore and select the products with obvious anti-fatigue effect. The thesis aims at providing theoretical and experimental foundation for the exploration and utilization of momordica grosvenori and Cyclocary Paliurus as health food and nutrition. This experiment takes healthy male Kunming mouse as research object. The mice are divided into 8 groups randomly and ten mice are in a group. They are: quiet control group, VC quiet group, Cyclocary Paliurus quiet group, momordica grosvenori quiet group, training control group, VC training group, Cyclocary Paliurus training group, momordica grosvenori training group. Mice in control group are lavaged with 0.4 ml salt water. Mice which take medicine are lavaged with certain amount of medicineaccording to the prescribed dose every day and this last 43 days. Mice in training group carry out six weeks of training with increasing load and before they do exhaustive exercise, mice are imposed with certain amount of load. And after they have a rest of 24 hours, a one-time model of exhaustive exercise is established. After exhaustive exercise, the blood is taken as sample to measure the vitality of SOD, GSH-Px in quadriceps femoris, the amount of MDA, the vitality of GPT, GOT, CK in blood, the amount of LD, BUN, Glu, Hb and the original amount of glycogen and inositol. The result of the experiment shows that: 1.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus momordica grosvenori and Vc doesn't affect the weight of mouse. 2.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus with the dose of 20.84 g/kg.w.d can obviously improve the swimming competence of mice with load. 3.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can prolong the time of mouse with load swimming to exhaustiveness. It indicates that Cyclocary, momordica grosvenori and Vc have best anti-fatigue effect and the effect of Cyclocary is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc. 4.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can control the decrease of Hb in mouse, which is beneficial to the increase of metabolism and postpone the happening of fatigue after excercise. And the effect of Cyclocary is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc. 5.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can control the production of LD in exercise and accelerate the disposal of LD. And the effect of Cyclocary is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc. 6.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can obviously decrease the damnification of mice's histiocyte of cardiac muscle, liver and boned muscle after exhaustive exercise. It can be shown by the fact that the vitality of blood serum GOP, GTP and CK of mice which take medicine and training after exhaustive exercise is lower than that of mice in training control group. 7.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc is beneficial to thedecrease of decomposition of protein and amino acid. And the effect of Cyclocary is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc. 8.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can improve the reserves of hepatin to ensure providing energy for central nerves system, red blood cell and boned muscle. And it can improve exercise competence and postpone the happening of fatigue after exercise. And the effect of Cyclocary is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc. 9.to supply Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can the vitality of SOD, GSH-Px and increase the competence which can resist the combat of free radical. And it can decrease the amount of MDA to maintain the normal form and function of cells. And the effect of Cyclocary is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc. Conclusion: according to the result of the experiment and prescription of Functional Evaluation Procedure and Testing Method of Healthy Food, under the coordination of exercise and training, taking Cyclocary Paliurus, momordica grosvenori and Vc can obviously decrease the damnification of exercise on mice's cardiac muscle, liver and improve the function of anti-oxygenation of free ratical and decrease the blight of training on some organics to improve the competence of aerobics. And the effect of Cyclocary Paliurus is best than momordica grosvenori and Vc.
