In the developing trend of education informationalization, the importance of educational technology is understood. The university teachers' educational technology training is then popularized in the world. This movement of educational technology training for university teachers in our country started in 2001. As the training activities lack the guidance of theory, and the practical experience is limited, the training performances and efficiency can not be achieved. Some problems are welled up during the activities.To the general problems in the training process, a learner-centered learning environment is tried to be constructed in this thesis, thus the theoretical guidance for the purpose of training are put forward. This thesis is composed of five parts below.In the introduction, the existing problems are analyzed, and the meaning of learning environment to university teachers' training is illustrated. The researching contents are defined and studying methods to be used are explained.In chapter 2, the learners are analyzed. The general characteristics, the learning motivation and features of adults are explained. The group features of university teachers are described. The training specialty of the teachers is analyzed based on this description.In chapter 3, the theoretical foundation of learning environment is stated, and its meaning of theoretical guidance to learning environment is analyzed. In detail, the meanings to learning environment of Tacit Knowledge Theory, Cognitive Flexibility and Situated Cognition and Learning are analyzed. This analysis makes the researching works be of backgrounds of philosophy and learning theory.In chapter 4, the learner-centered learning environment is designed, and its seven main elements, such as problem/project, case, framework, tools and resources, "teachers' community", evaluation and learning culture, are analyzed. Then the model of learning environment is constructed.In conclusion, the personal opinions and expectations to the training are expressed, and the researching limitations and plans of further study are described.
