New curriculum reflects brand-new education thought and idea. However, it is upgraded that no matter how educational thought is, how to reform the content of courses, reflect that should reflect in the teaching course that study in the teacher's teaching and students one, reflect it in the teaching result finally. If there is no effect in teaching, or less and effective, all goals of teaching will fail, the idea of the course reform can only become beautiful unreal image. So, it is foundation and home of a course reform that the validity of teaching is studied.Effective teaching means that the teacher follows the objective law of the teaching activity, with possible and few time, energy and material resources input, make as many as possible teaching result, thus realize the goal of specific teaching, meet the society and personal education value demand. Say concretely, it is the teaching that there should be results, efficient and profitable. Under the new curriculum idea, effective teaching includes the intension of several respects: First of all, the validity of teaching should take students' progress and development as the purpose, the teacher must establish students' subject status in teaching, promote students to develop overally harmoniously; Secondly, the teacher wants the efficient idea in teaching; Moreover, effective teaching should promote students to study the transition of the way, develop the learning ability that students act on one's own , cooperate , probe into, improve students' learning efficiency; Finally, effective teaching should based on teacher's own development, the teacher must strengthen one's own accomplishment, realize specialized development. The drawback that new cuniculum exists to traditional teaching, has put forward a lot of new curriculum and teaching ideas. From the comparison of course standard and syllabus, from the teaching meaning of the plural intelligence theory, from the course shape that new course is brand-new —Comprehensive practice activity, and transition, teachers and students of role, etc. respect come to watch, favorable to the improvement of teaching validity. We can say, the implementation of new curriculum has offered the condition for effective teaching. Teaching pieces of job of system, it including teachingplan, teaching implement and teaching person who appraise a lot of link; In addition, teacher's understanding of new curriculum and participation are prerequisites of pursuing new curriculum, because they are deciding the trend that course is implemented finally, effective teaching is calling the teacher's specialized development. In a word, there are a set of strategies in effective teaching, but it is a kind of idea even more. People understanding of effective teaching go through from " how to teach " to transition on " how about learn effectively " " effectively, on focusing the intension of effective teaching on and " promoting students and studying effectively " finally. Weigh effective only standard of teaching to watch student win development at the original foundation, but not see a teacher and accomplish the task of teaching.
