In the recent 2 decades, many scholars home and abroad majoring in management have done a lot of analyses and discussion on the competence and its styles from different viewpoints and levels. With the further development of the scientific and technical revolution in the new era, the renewing seed of science and technique has fastened greatly, and the highly specification of knowledge has also made the tendency of disciplines' comprehensive development obvious. So, facing the fierce international competition, it is vital for the key disciplines's in Military universities to set their own strategical themes and then to focus on the integration and utility of those important resource abilities. It is easy for the disciplines to realize the advantages of their own resources, however, how to train and integrate these advantageous resouses and to win the commanding height in the disciplines' development are the key points, which has also become the focus of furtherly research in the field of on manageing level of disciplines. According to the discussion on the development method of the core competence in our university's three key subjects, this paper successively and scientifically analyzes the core competence integration of the three key subjects to discover the features of the dynamic development of KDAs1 core competnce in military university and disclose the function of the core competence in different stages. It furtherly proves that the only the core competence experiences scientific integration, could it be competitive and keep its superiority, and provide an example for other disciplines to speed up their core competnce construction.The first part: the background, motive and purpose of the research. Accord-ing to the discription upon the present conditions , the analyses on the constituent elements and the conclusion of the itegration characteristics of KDA's core competence, this paper tries to prove that the only the core competence experiences scientific integration, could it be competitive and keep its superiority.The secod part: the discussion on the method and process of the integration of KDA'score competence. The core competence of different disciplines have various development methods and are somewhat dependable.Meanwhile, the extent of the emphases on the vital elemants1 integration is also not identical in different stages. But no matter what integration method at carried out, the final purpose is the smae, to improve their own competitive advantages.The third part: the evidential analyses on the development method of the core competence in our university's three key subjects. Based on the analyses upon the forming process of the core competence in four steps, "the sixth five-year plan","the seventh five-year plan","the eighth five-year plan", "the ninth five-year plan",this paper furtherly proves that the development and training of KDA's core competence is a complicated and systimatic project in a long period, which needs disciplines' successive accumulation.
