Practice Research On Compiling Chinese School-based Curriculum By Community Culture Resources

School-based Curriculum Development focuses on the student's ability. In the process of seeking School-based Curriculum resources, we should emphasis the resource from community culture. Deeply exploiting these resources will not only help to enrich the contents of School-based Curriculum, compile School-based Curriculum according to students with different knowledge levels, provide students with more fresh materials, but also strength connections between books and students' lives and provide bigger platform for students ability cultivating.After analyzing and assimilating the theories on developing community culture resources and compiling School-based Curriculum, the author tries to put forward some principles that should be complied with, the ways about how to utilize and the steps that should be taken in the process of compiling School-based Curriculum. Besides that, the author tries to explain and prove above principles and steps. The author thinks that some principles should be abided by when we make use of community culture resources. The first one is regional principle. According this principle, we should focus on the resources character and find the special contents of various community cultures. The second one is practicing principle, which means learning knowledge from practice and using knowledge in the practice. The third one is pertinence principle, which means identify, select and make use of resource with pertinence. The last one is moderation principle. This principle asks us to combine extent and profundity. We must consider the needs of students about what kind of objects and contents can be selected. The scope and ways of the contents should also suit students. As to the ways of using resource, the author has put forward four suggestions. Firstly, we should enrich the contents of class teaching by using community culture resources. Secondly, we can allow students to experience traditional culture by special research activities. Thirdly, we should encourage students to touch community modern culture in the street. At Last, we should lead students acting as little tourist guide to introduce community culture.The author also suggests that compiling School-based Curriculum need a basicthought, including why do we compile, what is the aim, how to compile, how to practice and how to evaluate. The compiling processes comprise environment analysis, target establishment, course compiling, implementing, management and evaluation.
