Evaluation System Of Student Work In Higher Vocational Education

Student work has played an irreplaceable role in the talents cultivation of highervocational institutions. By far student work in domestic higher vocational institutionsis still a new science which require exploration, practice and summary by theirstudent workers. The evaluation of student work is the basic link and internal need ofcollege student work. The further research on evaluation system of student work inhigher vocational institutions can help to hasten the student work towardstandardization and scientization, avoid the departure of work plan, build up theactive and upward working atmosphere and keep pushing forward the student work.The article consists of 8 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, whichintroduces the sense, background and research route of the problem. The secondchapter discusses the social position and characteristics of higher vocationaleducation, which is the premise and foundation of student work research. The thirdchapter aims at analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of students in highervocational institutions through the diagnosis of the characteristics of the student work.The fifth chapter works over the college student work in USA, China and Hong Kongto extract the scientific essence. The sixth chapter introduces the principles, contentand ways of evaluation of higher vocational student work to build up the target andoperational system. The seventh chapter is the demonstration research, which furtherproves the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation system. The eighth chapter isthe conclusion, which mainly shows the essence and new ideas of the article.The article mainly introduces how to use the Tier Analytical Method to build upthe target and operational system of the evaluation of higher vocational student workso as to improve the scientificity and rationality to find out the new thought and waysof reform and development of domestic higher vocational education.
