At present, while advance educational reform and development with theinformation technology, the countries all over the world generally realize theimportance of this link that the teacher is trained. Great Britain and Americacountry have made detailed standard or the requirement and started theconcrete project that a teacher trains, have taken certain measure from suchrespects as the funds, organization, quality control, etc. Our government havealready list up an important measure of educational information andeducational development to train teachers. In the basic education field,Ministry of Education has organized and implemented "the project that theteachers of middle and primary schools continue educating", proposedchoosing 1 million teachers of middle and primary schools and key teacher ofvocational school in the whole country to have 10 million teachers of middleand primary schools to train, forming the key teacher's echelon, all teachers ofmiddle and primary schools generally accept the basic knowledge of thecomputer and skills training. Most teachers have basic ability to use thecomputer;can use the multi-form computer-assisted instruction. In the face ofextensive training, how take flexible effective method and way to raise theteacher's information engineering level, apply information technology toteaching reasonably and effectively become the focal point that we have studyalready.While the information technology is integrated in teaching, the teacher is akey factor of influencing the teaching result;the skill integrating informationtechnology knowledge and the attitude of applying them in teaching willinfluence the result of teaching. At present, for promoting the application ofinformation technology in teaching process, the teachers' training has alreadybecomes the issue of the bottleneck, arousing the attention from researcherday by day. Information technology and teacher education have alreadydeveloped into an important branch field of educational technical research.By the look of training content, teachers in the international range havebeen trained and the training mode passed through a gradual progress course.The initial teacher training and adopted mode is separating mode (or callstechnique center modes), the training focus on computer technology often,once one teacher master technology and he will apply computer ability inteaching naturally. But such implicit assumption is not established in fact, thiskind of training mode is queried more and more by people on the result. Atpresent, the researcher more emphasizes " integrating mode ", to emphasizethat the focal point of training is the education application of the technology. Itis the merger of the technology in course and teaching, but not technological.The teachers are trained and usually offered the special education skill-trainingcourse, taught relevant knowledge skills. In addition, the study environmentbasing on information in the activity need to merge to the informationtechnology and train. In this course , teacher make them understandinformation technology, familiar with study and teaching in this kind ofenvironment. From the view point of combining mode of training , to apply themerger with effective information technology to teaching for better promotion, itis more important method and way that the teacher trains to merge theinformation technology in the training process.The training mode that the case combines the task , regard solving theproblem and task in teacher's own teaching as the centre. In teacher'sinformation technical training , apply the information technology in the teachingactivity through how typical information technical application case experiences,how to combine information technology and course. It is a concrete form ofexpression of connecting the theory and technology and run through the caseof the education skill idea, adopt case teaching while training, let teacher's ownexperience idea and technology in the middle and primary schools be appliedto practice the method of educational teaching and migrate to one's ownteaching. Teacher carry on course that information technology train whetherone go on a series of explore and seek that practical solve problem and goalsolved to expect, it is one that undergo training teacher in fact, undergotraining partner and train adviser make " use information technology solvediscipline action research , teaching of practical problem " course that carry onup. Application level high, goal that train and require high, person who undergotraining led to exchange unite with one's own discipline teaching practice toadopt to consider to want. It must around designing unanimous concrete taskwith practical problem and re-set target which cater to teacher to train theadviser in the course of such training, stipulate on the premise of exchangingand instructing the teacher utilizes the information technology to finish the timeof the task, appraise performance of task its, is it undergo training Mr. receivethe sense of achievement of study while finishing studying the task to make.Such taking teacher's own teaching question as the centre task is the trainingway to improve interest and practice ability of teacher in training.The training mode that case combines the task applied in teacher'sinformation technical training have already reflected new idea and the adult'seducation theory that the international teacher educates, have stressed thecharacteristic of constructs studies theory and the study theory in situation,have also promoted the improvement of the performance in the job.The case promotes the melting inside of knowledge in training, erect abridge for theory and practice, have promoted teaching to reflection. The taskhas improved the enthusiasm of student's study, accelerated thetransformation from the theory to practice, impelled the teacher to carry onresearch to one's own teaching behavior. The combination of them makes theteacher's information technical training become the training that interrelate withthe teacher's teaching reality. The select of the casing and the design of task ,discussion of the case , implementation and appraisal of the task are fourlinks of the training mode. It should be attended that sides are participant,complete evaluation criterion will be set up, the resources bank of the caseshould be pay attention to set up.
