Carrying out information technique education in primary and middle schools is a necessity to meet international challenges and development of the domestic economy and society .Furthermore ,it is a necessity to meet students'all-round development.The core of the information technique education is to train students'information getting-and-solving abilities,and one of the most important ways for training students' abilities on information is to open information technique course.Openning information technique course in primary and middle schools can strengthen our education reform.Further,it has deep meaning in advancing our all-round education.JiuQuan District,GanSu Province,locates in west China.The economy here is still in its start stage.The basic education is very weak. Information technique education has been started,but it is developed slowly here.There are many"bottlenecks" in the development of Information technique education in this district. After investigating,I have made the situations in our information technique education in primary and middle schools clear in this paper.I also have found out the elements that are barriers to education progress in primary and middle schools in JiuQuan District.I even have discussed plans for the developmant of information technique education in primary and middle schools here.In our research,in order to provide dependence and practicalexperience for the development of information technique education in JiuQuan district,we tried our best to get a "teaching model",which is suitable for the situations in our information technique education in primary and middle schools,and a "available way "for our teacher training.
