The information technology has led to the profound transformation on society, economic and education. It has become the main power of the 21 century. As the rapid development of the IT, the basic skill the human must grasp in the future would concentrate in thinking, study, system constructing and so on. Well, the IT curriculum is the main way to obtain the skill.The IT curriculum is developed from the computer course. But it has the quantitative leap. It was not only to teach the simple skill, but also to train the information accomplishment. Therefore the IT teaching is facing the transition from intrinsic idea to external method. For doing this, the key depends on the change of the teachers' idea, which displays in the classroom mainly. In the face of the new IT curriculum standard, how to reflect the new teaching idea in classroom?" What kind of IT classroom teaching is good ?" All of these questions are needed for the clear answers for the basic level teachers.The first two chapters elaborated the research of the IT teaching evaluation domestic and foreign at present. Subsequently, from modern educational appraisement theoretical and the basic principle of classroom teaching evaluation, the new course teaching concept ,the author proposed five dimensions in IT classroom teaching evaluation in the new curriculum and the purposes and the principles of the IT classroom teaching evaluation. Then the evaluation index department and case analysis of the IT classroom was constructed in the third chapter. In the forth chapter, the method of IT classroom teaching evaluation was constructed on web. Finally the summary and the future work were given.
