| The key to the cultivation of school talents lies in the quality of teaching.The quality of teaching is also the foundation of the school’s survival.Therefore,for the construction and development of colleges and universities,safeguarding and improving the quality of teaching is always an eternal theme.Especially at present,the scale of higher education has been continuously expanded,and the quality of teaching in higher education institutions has become the focus of people’s talks,and has received unprecedented attention.Classroom teaching as the main way of training talents in colleges and universities,its quality effect will directly have an important impact on the quality of school personnel training,and the use of objective and fair classroom teaching evaluation can not only improve the classroom teaching effect of teachers,but also improve the professional development level.It can also effectively enhance students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning,so that students can actively participate in it,and have positive effects on classroom teaching,such as orientation,improvement and identification,which is an important means to improve classroom teaching.This paper uses the literature research method and the questionnaire surveymethod,combined with theoretical research and empirical research,combined with the theory of total quality management,human capital theory,motivation theory and other related theories to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the status quo of classroom teaching quality evaluation of N University.And analysis reveals a series of problems such as the imperfect quality of the classroom teaching quality evaluation,the lack of scientific evaluation index system,the single evaluation method,the insufficient propaganda of evaluation activities and the imperfect feedback mechanism of evaluation results.The main influencing factor is the direct participation of teachers and students in the teaching activities.It should focus on the influence of teachers’ teaching behaviors on students,and whether these influences can improve students’ learning effects and their own qualities.In response to these problems,the article puts forward the idea of perfecting the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities,establishing a multi-evaluation system,constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system,adopting a multi-evaluation method,and intensifying publicity and guidance by establishing a human-centered evaluation concept.Activities,the establishment of timely and efficient information feedback mechanisms,etc.,in order to improve classroom teaching and promote the common development of teachers and students.Through the research of this paper,it is expected to provide some reference and reference for the evaluation of classroom teaching quality in relevant universities. |
