Postgraduate education is the top of the higher education system.It is the grand plan of the country and the party.The teaching of postgraduate courses is the main channel for postgraduate education and a key link that affects the quality of postgraduate education."What is a good teaching" has always been a hot topic.What are the characteristics of postgraduate teaching,how to truly grasp the characteristics of effective teaching on the basis of existing teaching,improve teachers ’teaching behaviors,and enhance students’ scientific research and innovation ability.The subject that reform must face,so this study attempts to construct a scientific system of evaluation standards,with a view to using scientific methods,to explore the characteristics of effective teaching of graduate courses in China and make evaluations,to play its role in diagnosis,guidance,and motivation to promote graduate students.The quality of course teaching improves teachers’ teaching level.Research idea of this paper is,first,analysis the current situation and existing problems of the existing evaluation criterion,after on the basis of theoretical research and experience at home and abroad for reference,build the effective teaching of multidimensional evaluation standards of graduate students and research after use to build the evaluation standard,case analysis,respectively from different dimensions of graduate student education,analyze the evaluation result and feedback.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,this part mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research contents and methods,to define of related core concepts,and research review,introduces the domestic and foreign research present situation and trend,to review of the existing research for this study provide a solid research foundation for the establishment of evaluation standards.The second chapter is the analysis of the present situation.Through the interview method,we can understand the status quo of the current teaching evaluation standards for graduate students,and on this basis,we can find the existing problems,make indepth analysis and find the crux of the problems,so as to provide feasible ideas for the establishment of effective teaching evaluation standards for graduate students.The third chapter is the construction of effective teaching evaluation standard for graduate students.Based on the results of consulting relevant literature and seeking expert opinions,this study constructed the teaching evaluation standard framework of "teacher’s teaching behavior,student’s learning performance and classroom teaching effect".After that,the evaluation standard was selected and revised through expert consultation to determine the evaluation dimension.Finally,the weights of the first and second level indicators are calculated,and the final effective teaching evaluation criteria for graduate students are determined.The fourth chapter is the application of effective teaching evaluation criteria for graduate students.After the reliability of the evaluation standard is determined,the case analysis is carried out,the actual teaching activities are investigated,and the evaluation results are analyzed and given feedback.Finally,the paper analyzes the shortcomings and limitations of the research,and puts forward the prospect of the later research.
