Study On The Construction And Management Of Teaching Staff In Newly-built Vocational Colleges

In recent years, under the circumstances that the country advances the economicrestructuring and improves the scientific and cultural quality of the nation, the highvocational and technical education of our country has got a very quick development.Based on newly-built high vocational and technical colleges, in a microscopic light,we choose the relevant datum of 16 newly-built high vocational and technical collegesin Henan Province and other 12 domestic newly-built high vocational and technicalcolleges carrying on a comparatively deep research on the construction andmanagement of teaching staff in newly-built high vocational and technical colleges ofour country and have made the corresponding achievement.By the method of document searching, investigation and comparison studyingand statistic analyzing, We explained the basic theories systematically and analyze thepresent situation thoroughly on the construction and management on teaching staff innewly-built high vocational and technical colleges. We also have summarized theexperience of the construction and management on teaching staff in domestic collegesand universities and the character of that in vocational and technical colleges inU.S.A., Germany and Australia. The countermeasure and suggestions on theconstruction and management of teaching staff in newly-built high vocational andtechnical colleges have been put forward.The innovation of the thesis lied in that we acknowledge and analyze theproblems and their cause in the teaching staff in newly-built high vocational andtechnical colleges and put forward a frame goal for it by utilizing dialectical thinkingmethod from inside and outside and the concept of modern management, followingthe characters and rules of the construction in newly-built high vocational andtechnical colleges. On one hand, having the inside of the newly-built high vocationaland technical colleges in mind, the thesis proposes that we solve the conspicuouscontradiction in the teaching staff in newly-built high vocational and technicalcolleges by reforming the idea of choosing personnel, the assigning and managementsystem, that we make the construction and management of teaching staff innewly-built high vocational and technical colleges develop hypernormally bystrengthening construction efforts, that we get the mode of the construction andmanagement of teaching staff in newly-built high vocational and technical colleges bythe innovation of the management. On the other hand, having the outside of thenewly-built high vocational and technical colleges in mind, the thesis proposes thatthe government should play a more positive function in the economic investment andprofessional title policy in the teaching staff in newly-built high vocational andtechnical colleges.
