Survey On The Construction Of Double-typed Teaching Staff Of Local Vocational Colleges

With the development of the times and the progress of the society,the demand for talents,especially the technical talents,is urgent.From this point of view,higher vocational education shoulders a great mission,not only to meet the needs of China's economic transformation and upgrading,but also to provide social management innovation and all-round development of human nutrition.As one of the important types of higher education in China,the higher vocational education requires the construction of teachers' team in Higher Vocational colleges.Premier Li Keqiang talked about the higher occupation education,points out that higher vocational education "to create a distinctive characteristic of vocational education,trainer of teachers".In the State Council's decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education,it is pointed out that the construction of "double qualified teachers" should be put forward to improve the standards of teachers' qualification and the professional standards of teachers.This essay,based on Jiangxi Environmental Engineering Vocational College,made a survey and analysis on the construction of double-typed teaching staff.It is found that local vocational colleges commonly have the these problems: inadequate attention,inadequate schooling of teachers,inactiveness once employed,lack of on-the-job training,and lack of complete system of construction.As for these problems,this paper points out four suggestions: first,constant attention to double-typed teaching staff;second,activate the potential of the teachers;third,establish complete and comprehensive training system for teachers;fourth,strengthen the policy assurance,for better development environment for local vocational colleges' double-typed teaching staff.
