Currently research team plays a very important role in the research innovation and person cultivation for university. However due to the lack of mature management theory and management mode, the effect of research team has not fully brought out. According to the business management experiences, the paper pointed out the existing problems in the aspect of human resources management for research team, and then brought out the solution for solving the problems. Finally, the paper constructed the mode for human resources management from materials, conceptions and systems, to give innovation of the human resource management of the university.In China, the human resources management study for research team was in a primary status, and most of the management methods could not be carried out in practice. The human resources management study for research team was still in hazy station, lack of organizational management mode and detailed management methods. However, there were lots of problems in the human resources management for research team, such as the improper understanding of the conception of research team, the lack of reasonable organizational constitution, the absence of benign cultural environment and team spirit, the unefficient use of the research resources, and the ambiguous compensation and benefit system. All the above problems need to be solved.Base of the usual management and theories, by consulting the relevant theories at home and abroad, the paper tried to construct the mode of human resources management for research team in university organizationally, from materials, conceptions and systems so as to standardize and systemize the research team management. As to the conception construction, it mainly refers to taking the person as the core developing idea. Material construction means the optimal integration of research resources and the building of a benign research environment. System construction is the essential part of the mode, including the constitution method of research team, the leader appointment regulation, the compensation and benefit system, the motivation principles and the culture building for the team.In the end, a further dissertation of the thesis statement would be made through Wang Liding research innovation team from Dalian University of technology.
