Like any technological renovation, education technology not only brought people the convenience, but also the ethical bewilderment among people. As the positive influence of educational renovation was brought in school by education technology, some behaviors, which caused impact on traditional morals, would inevitably evoked, and further developed into moral disorders, for instance: invading other people's right by making use of measures of education technology, pining for quick success and immediate gain, information cheat, making information rubbish and even committing crimes by means of measures of education technology etc. These were all against the ethics morals of the society and the objective of raising noble personality of education. Therefore, the most important questions that concerning the development of education technology must solve urgently were as follows: stressing the research of ethics in school education and technology practice, positively seeking the precaution countermeasure, establishing and perfecting the relative moral system in the practice of education technology, avoiding the emergence of moral disorders to the fullest extent.Based upon these, the thesis prosecutes an investigation into the moral disorders in the technological practice of school education, and researched into the causes of the problems and precaution countermeasure.The research was made up of five parts:Part1 elaborate the introduction of the origin of the research, the present status in-and- abroad as well as its theory foundation.Part2 To make it clear that the basic request of the educationaltechnology development is to regulate the practical behavior.Part3 analyzes the teacher-student behavior towards school educational technology by practical investigation, which shows: a portion of teachers & students are more or less concern about many kinds of morality disorder in school educational technology.Part4 discusses the background reasons caused by the educational technology practice both from subjective and objective factors. The series disorder of the practical behavior brought by practioners lies in two aspects: subjectively it lays in value orientation and the understanding deviation;objectively, it is influenced by some outer factors ,such as the imperfect morality system of the educational technology practice, the shortage of the practical regularity mechanism and the overflowing of social departmentalism, etc.Part5 is to set up countermeasures to avoid the morality disorder. Firstly, to establish and perfect relative regular morality mechanism which can be followed by practioners. Secondly, to raise the practioners' behavioral "self-restricted consciousness". Thirdly, to enhance the regulation and supervision by means of "others-restricted mechanism".
