Meanwhile, it aims at satisfying employee's demand and assisting employee's career progress. With the direction of the people oriented management theory, more and more enterprises have put recognition on employee's career management.In the progress of employee's career management, training and education is not only the starting point, but also the implementation approach. Training improves employee's skill, so that it will establish a mental contract between enterprise and its employee. Therefore, training tasks should be consummated in order to improve the employee's career management.Research Institute of Nuclear Power Operation (abbreviation RINPO) is directly attached to China National Nuclear Corporation. It is the unique institute which specializes in research on nuclear power operation technology. Now the reform scheme of RINPO is being formulated, so the employee's training, engagement and retaining becomes an important task with these changes. As a human resource director, after a deep thinking of the relationship between enterprise training and employee's career management, the writer has investigated and analyzed the status of training and employee's career management in RINPO via questionnaire and interview. Then 6 present issues has been proposed in architecture construction and management manipulation of training.
