Research On The Application Of Effective Teaching In Volleyball Teaching In University P.E.Major

The " effective teaching" theories is a kind of education theories that took shape in the 1980s. It primarily deals with the efficiency of teaching, functioning as an objective regulation instructing teaching activities with the attempt to have effectiveteaching result------to achieve given teaching objective and to fill the social andindividual requirements education value------but with the minimum effort, energy andmaterial resources investment.Based on the approach of literature research, interviewing, experimenting and statistics, covering the subject of systematic science, education and teaching science, physiology and psychology, involving the research of guidelines, theoretic, principle and predominance, through analyzing and summing up a host of data and material this paper aims to have a research of the application of "effective teaching" in university volleyball teaching and to prove through experiment its efficiency and effectiveness compared with traditional volleyball teaching in accomplishing given teaching objects and facilitating students' mastery of the skill. Questionnaire furthermore confirms "effective teaching" is instrumental in enhancing students' learning skill, analyzing skill and problem-solving skill, in their willingness to be involved and in their consciousness of class time.Integrating "effective teaching" with traditional P.E. teaching, the paper blends it into university P.E teaching through this optimal point and thus makes it developed and enriched theatrically for university P.E major reform. In a word, this theory not only applies to volleyball teaching for P.E major in university, but provide a valuable reference for other P.E. teaching.
