Since the end of last century, higher education in our country begins to enter a period of high-speed development, and now it has achieved the massification stage. The problem of learning-disability students existing in the university is always the major issue of affecting quality and the development in our country's higher education.Learning-disability refers that the students' academic achievement is not able to achieve some certain standard. This result is temporary, reversible and concretely, occurring under the certain situation, relating with the certain teaching goal, and not involving student's morals and the thought personal character.The first part of paper are the foundation of this research. The introduction is about the background and the research methods, and then the paper combs the problems of the university learning-disability students' studies, and then carries on the concept explanation to the university learning-disability student. The latter two parts analyses the reason of causing learning-disability, and produces the corresponding countermeasure in this foundation.In the factors of causing learning-disability in the university, students and school factors occupy the dominant position. From those two aspects, including university student's subjective manner and self-awareness aspect; and including objective manner of study difficulty and psychological barrier; including educational system and policy and school administration stratification plane factors; including teaching, curriculum, teachers and students emotion factor microscopic on school factor. The problem of university student learning-disability in studies is complexity, the various coordinate key breakthrough can fundamentally solve the university student learning-disability in studies. Positively carries on the teaching management innovation, the perfect credit system and the elastic educational system improve the teachers and students relations, positively advances the tutorial system construction, the deepened curriculum reforms, speeds up the campus cultural reconstruction, improves the school psychologically healthy work, finally promotes the university student learning-disability to transform and dispel.
