With the fully implemetation of China’s strategies of developing through science andeducation and strengthening through Talents, higher vocational education develops rapidlyin an unprecedented scale by taking the advantage of education-popularized and enrollmentexpansion. Because of the differences between students’quality, various problems hasarised through years of massive enrollment in higher vocational schools. The falling instudents’academic quality, which comes forth seriously again, requires numerous educatorsto grasp the thesis of “Learning-disability” in accordance with the education trendand features in this new age once more.Learning-disability points to students’unfavourable academic achievement which cannot meet the passing standard as the education policy requires.The investigation ofLearning-disability that the educators at home and abroad have been made can be dividedinto the stage of medical treatment and clinical research, the stage of entering the schoolsystem and the stage of manifold study. In the fields of giving definition of this topic,finding out its procreant conditions and taking correlative preventive and transformablemeasures, large numbers of achievements have been strengthened and deepened at the sametime.This paper consists of two main parts. PartⅠlays the foundation of this research,containing the introduction and chapter one.Then the next three chapters make up PartⅡ. The introdution is about the background and the study methods. The first chapter combsthe results in the field of Learning-disability research at home and overseas, as wellas gives a definition to this concept. PartⅡ annalyses the outcome of a questionnairesurvey and discusses the factors which will lead to the phenomenon of“Learning-disability”, besides puts forth some countermeasures to work out thisproblem.Lots of factors can bring to learning-disability, this paper mainly analyses thestudents and school factors. As the complication of this problem, much efforts need tobe made in order to solve it in an ultimate degree.
