Western countries advocate scientific and rational management, but it doesn't work whenfacing the complicated system people involve. On the contrary, eastern cultural and irrationalmanagement which advocates the harmony of nature and humans doesn't support the outerextension and focuses on the balance between inner world and selves' cultivation. Itemphasizes the harmony among people and stability of the society. In the light of the deepunderstanding to the complicated system of management, it has been transformed fromscientific and rational management to harmony of management.Harmony of management in high schools is a kind of factorial management andembodies humanity, softening, which emphasizes irrational factors and institutions.In fact, there are many unharmonious factors against harmony in current schools'management, which retards the management process of harmony. These factors are the splitand one-sided view of basic knowledge of schools' management, the alienation ofmanagement ideals for modern schools, the lack of schools' management system and theinitiative of humans.To realize the harmony of management in high schools, we should set the managementideals of "all based on humans" up, improve teachers' activity, initiatives and creativeness bystimulus, enforce teachers and students' active statuses in the process of teaching and createone good kind of school culture of friendliness and harmony.
