The Implementation Of Communication Between Dual Certifications In Higher Vocational College

Communication between Vocational Qualification Certification and Diploma Certification is a great reformation to mechanism of running Vocational Education in China,and in a way it will change the phenomenon of separation between Vocational Qualification Certification System and Diploma Certification System.It has a great effect on traditional idea about thinking high of diploma and making light of technology.It has an important significant to such aspects as improving labor's quality,bringing Employment Admittance System into effect,accelerating reformation and development of Vocational Education,enhance practice ability,innovation ability and employment ability of graduate from vocational college. However,there are some problems in communication between Vocational Education and Vocational Qualification Certification System,such as instruction in vocational college is apart from Vocational Qualification Certification System, Vocational Qualification Certification System itself is not complete yet,and so on. There are many problems deserving to be discussed.This study is based on above background,and will analyse some important problems in communicating between Vocational Qualification Certification and Diploma Certification in Higher Vocational College.The whole thesis is devided into four parts as follows.Part One firstly has a brief introduction on source and background of the study,and has a simple summarization and review,followed by research methods,confine and emphases.Then several important concepts are interpreted.Part Two discusses basic concepts, for example Double Certifications, Communication between Double Certifications.It deals with relation of Double Certifications, the policy and theory foundation, necessity and feasibility, and basic principle of Communication between Double Certifications. All above is the base of the whole research.Part Three makes a deep analysis of emerging major problems and the causes of these problems in terms of policy obstacles and difficulties from college. Policy obstacles include several aspects,for example, Employment Admittance System is not put into practice,Labor Department and Education Department do not cooperate well, and Vocational Qualification Certification System is not complete. Difficulties from college involved culturing aim,instruction plan,curriculum setting,teachers,equipment and so on.Part Four tries to find countermeasures to above problems.
