After years of development,the higher vocational education in China has transformed from the large-scale and extensive pattern into connotation construction which develops both in depth and breadth.Most vocational colleges focus on the connotative development and strengthen the reform and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises combined with the market,aiming to improve the quality and level of vocational education.In the process of exploring and innovating the personnel training mode of integrating work and study,the "double-subject" training mode is produced as a result of practice.It emphasizes that both vocational colleges and enterprises are the running subjects of higher vocational education and they should cooperate actively and integrate deeply so as to promote the cooperation in running schools,in education,in employment and in development.This personnel training mode innovates the traditional education ideas,helps the teaching focus transfer to practical teaching of vocational competence taking the enterprise and training base as the carrier,makes the education management subjects characterized by the diversity of colleges and enterprises,enables students to have the dualism of both work and study and let teachers to have multiple identities,such as the teacher,the master or the developer.Thus it's essential for vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprises to investigate the specific situation,analyze the existing problems and work out the reasonable solutions.Taking the university-enterprise cooperation of some science-dominated vocational colleges in Hunan Province for instance,this paper made a comprehensive investigation to the situation of university-enterprise cooperation in those vocational colleges from the aspects of school,the department in charge,the industry,associations and enterprises by means of expert interviews and questionnaire.It consists of four chapters: Chapter One analyzes the research background,purpose and significance,defines the key concept,reviews the literature and presents the methodology and main content of the research based on the current situation of higher vocational education in our country;Chapter Two deals with the current status and existing problems of university-enterprise cooperation in science-dominatedvocational colleges on the basis of information investigation and data analysis;Chapter Three summarizes the resources of the problems existing in the cooperation and put forward the corresponding solution;Chapter Four makes a whole conclusion and discusses the development prospect.
