Therr are many problems in the deaf education for a long time. such as inefficient learning, communication difficulties, imperfect effectiveness of teaching and so on.The application of information technology take more hope and bright to deaf education.But because of the complexity and the specificity of deaf education process, the effectiveness of information technology is imperfect."The computer is not miraculous magic, and teachers are the real magician." Because of the particularity and special needs of the deaf children, the effectiveness of information technology depends on the suitable conception , proper ways and means and the ability of applying synthetically of information technology,to a great extent.Therefore, this thesis devote attention to the teacher of deaf education. By the means of referring to material,questionnaire,tracking interview,attending church,It analyses the deaf education teachers' spcial ablility of using information technology to create a good visual environment, broaden information channels and intensify disfigurement compensation.And then, survey the cultivating actuality of the pre-service teacher training and the in-service teacher training. The pre-service teachers' basic ability needs to be further enhanced.There is contradictions between their value orientating and the attitude of the course. The course contents can's be seasoned with the needs of the deaf education.It needs to improving in the binging up conception of special needs,increasing visual resources,enhancing the communicating ability,attempting the applying of compensation and constructing special resources.The in-service teachers' ability needs to be enhanced very much.The effect of integration of information technology and subject course is imperfect. Lack of the special needs resources,the training of information technology is improper.It needs to renovate the teachers' conception, improve on the mode of training, consummate digital resources. This thesis provide some useful advice on those aspect.
