The purpose of this paper which based on the present middle school language teaching materials in China and America .It makes a deep and full research in the moral education combined with other data. We expect to study the helpful enlightenment from American language teaching materials according to the comparative research and make the Chinese language teaching materials play better function, also expect it to play a reference role to the development of language teaching materials in the future.The first part is the moral education's analysis and contrast between Chinese and American middle school language teaching materials. It is divided into Patriotism Education, Environment Moral Education and Life Education.We can get the idea that China and America both pay great attention to the patriotism education from the contrast. But we can also get that the different cultural background guiding ideology and system of textbook result in the different forms on the contents and historical teaching.Besides, we can see that both Chinese and American language teaching materials contain the plentiful environmental moral education and they attach importance to it.Thirdly we can conclude that the different cultural models and ideas on life largely cause the differences on the original myth of life and...
