| We have entered the brand new informational times as the 21st century's bell rang. Mathematics, the subject of antiquity and always new, is breaking through the realm of traditional application and entering almost all the fields of human knowledge. As basic mathematics teaching staff, everybody should consider such a question: how to melt advanced technology into daily education and teaching in order to make our students attracted by mathematics, and understand and accept and apply mathematics more and more?Men of insight have managed to agreement that modern educational technology should be imported into class, and a lot of researching work that mainly concentrates on two aspects has been expanded on at present. One focus on theory, discoursing upon the feasibility and necessity of importing technology into class (research on this aspect is sufficient, and many mature theory have come into being), but lack of practical test. On the other hand, lots of educational software from the technical point of view has been exploited, which can but called electronic teaching plan or electronic exercise books being short of academic guidance, and can't receive the granted function of computer-assisted education (CAI).Then, how to combine the theory with technology in order to make the advanced idea and technique serving mathematical education better?The author attempt to explore some CAI ways that fit the law of mathematical education in high school, and probed preliminarily how to apply modern educational technology to mathematical class in high school in order to improve students' ability on understand and use mathematics.Modern educational technology refers especially to the techniques, whichtakes modern education thinking and learning theories as its basic, and takes modern information technology as its means, and takes computer as its core media.The theoretical basis of computer assisted-education includes learning theories, teaching theories and theories of course devising.At first, what are modern educational technology and its theoretical basis is introduced in the article.Then, compared the traditional to CAI ways of mathematical education, a conclusion was arrived at that both the traditional and the modern have its own advantages and disadvantages, but surely, CAI is the trend of the development of mathematical education. Teachers should combine them together according to the matter of fact in practice of teaching in order to get the best out of it.The article focused on the application of modern educational technology in mathematics in high school. The question "when" and "where" CAI should be used in the class was expatiated in three aspects: first, it can inspire students' interest in mathematics learning, and cultivate their patriotism sentiment and esthetical sentiment. The second, the application in mathematical knowledge and skill instruction was discussed sufficiently. The third, the application in capability cultivation was expatiated on three points: emanative ideation, imagination capability on interspaces and problem solving ability.At last, the author considered such a question: what is requested to teachers as modern educational technology entering the mathematical class in high schools? The answer is teachers should accept continual education to improve their own diathesis and try to do some researching and creative work. |
