The Educational Technology In Hermeneutics Horizon

Entering 21 century ,with the booming of computer technology and internet technology, the human society is becoming information-based society. " phronesis" that the talent of the information-based society wants to have includes to live together,exist, work, ability study in the fulfillment.The comprehension is the basic way of study, and it is also basic way of educa -tion. Hermeneutics has great significance in leading to re-know the essence of educa -tion , to create meaning of education ,to create new relationship between teacher and student, to set course ,etc. Practice is prior condition for create phronesis. Hermeneu -tics also has great significance in leading to create phronesis of learner in informat -ion society.Hermeneutics is the science of researching comprehension and interpretation. Gadamer developed hermeneutics into the philosophic hermeneutics and the practical Hermeneutics. Gadamer recovered the" phronesis " concept of Aristotle, and he thin -ks that practice is the condition of the society reasonableness.Study shows that that we can get pre-comprehension of educational technology by using hermeneutics method. Combining the characteristic of the information society on this foundation, can get the comprehension of essence content of educational tech -nology: the fusion of the horizon of educational technology for means and methods of cognition and the horizon of educational technology for comprehension and creat -ing " phronesis " .In the sight of Hermeneutics, the logical basic of educational tech -nology include cognition ,comprehension and phronesis.
