With the development of information technology, the instruction in information technology conditions have essential difference between traditional instruction in instruction content, instruction means and instruction disseminate type, information technology can promote education goal quickly and effective accomplish via design, fabricate, apply, regulate and evaluate phase, but the instruction design ability of teacher more and more be emphasized as the key of profound instruction reformation in information technology conditions, we should using information technology participate instruction reformation necessary, to integration subject, optimize instruction design, not only optimize design from theory direction, but also should connect theory with practice, we can also say that design instruction process and instruction project in information technology conditions. This dissertation will set about from common, meaning of instruction design's content and feature to expound instruction design, which based on nucleus conception of educate ability and innovation mettle of students in message times, based on basic theory of modern instruction thinking, information technology as means, guided by instruction pattern and project in information conditions. Used this instruction design to analysis content of instruction design, thereby optimize instruction practice activity, improve guided, operated and practiced of instruction design, wish to give some directions to the practice.Such research methods as literature concordance, observation and interview were used to probe the practice of class instruction design in information conditions. The preface of this dissertation elaborated theresearch background, current situation and problem, theory base and significance; The first part told about principally theory which the research base on, instruction design signification, choice of instruction pattern in information conditions; The second part expounded the instruction design feature of reception study and probing study, pointed out instruction design apply principle in information technology conditions, analyzed basic content of instruction design in information technology conditions, designed common operation process; In the end part designed three typical cases, which based on the optimize class instruction design in information conditions.
