Puberty is the peak of human being's physiology and physiology developing, in which students are all in their"uncertain period", i. e .from instability to stability and immaturity to maturity. They usually feel mysterious curious, depressed, annoy and even fearful due to a series of changing of physiology and physiology. Because of no complete understanding about their initial consciousness of sex and their sexual desire, they are thirst for knowledge of sex. However, in china, many kinds of error traditional concepts of sex education have been commonly and deeply implanted in people's minds, which directly leads to the very ignorance of sex education in most areas and terribly influences students'bodies as well as minds. On the basic of the present situation mentioned above, the thesis point out the importance of healthy sex education in puberty and problems in present; clearly discusses the approach and methods of sex education to the adolescence by taking advantage of the subject of biology; and illustrate the sex education in the subject of biology is the essential content of quickly education. In short, we should offer a scientific and healthy education environment to the young through the health sex education in the teaching of biology in Middle schools.
