The special school teacher on-the-job training is the most important part of our country's special pedagogical education. The primary mission is to improve the moral and teaching ability of the teachers. "Teacher Law" rules that on-the-job training is also the teacher's fundamental rights.We proposed that the on-the-job training of teachers in special school is an effective channel to improve the teacher's professional ability in our province, through an investigation of some special schools and personal interviewing to a few teachers who has been trained, not only could it relieve the short of quantity of teacher in special education, that a "fore-post" training to adapt special education for new teachers from normal school , such as basic theory training in discipline course teaching and skill training on gesture language , but also make the basic rights which the disabled children gain from the law come true . However, the training in our province for teachers of special school has serial problems, such as the delayed theory, lacking of practicability in teaching method, low quality in activity research and weakening in teachers training. These problems result the deducing in availability of training and affect the professional development of teachers in special education.From the teachers, the management, the teaching material and the funds of training organization, we carried on the preliminary analysis of the low effectiveness of the training. According to the present education system idea, through the necessity of trains after the teacher duty embarks, teacher's training demand from the special education which unifies our province special school, product training subject, base on independent, scientific nature, the usability, highly effective and the expansibility principle, pointed proposed a set conforms to our province special education teacher's on-the-job training pattern, namely the construction take the independent study as forerunner's collated and corrected copy training pattern, by the piece area main item special school organization's question center research pattern, tours by the expert knows comments presses to change presses the tube the all-the-way tracking pattern, by presses must do missionary work, classified centralized training participates in the interaction pattern, take the modern...
