| Since the 17 th CPC National Congress,special education is received more and more attention by the Party and state.The Party put forward 17 major “concerns for special education”,and 18 major “support of special education”.In 2015,the fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of CPC approved The CPC central committee’s proposal about formulating the 13 th five-year plan for national economy and social development,it put forward thatdoing a good job in special educationand the goal of special education needed to be improved further.Teachers are the core factor of special education development.Special education teachers training is an important guarantee and support to promote the development level of special education.However,researches have showed that special education teachers face many development bottlenecks in our country,such as the lack of quantity,the shortcoming of teaching ability and experiences,the low intelligence of teachers and the deficiency of self-efficacy.Some important policies,such as 2012 Comments about strengthening the construction of special education teachersand 2014 Special education promotion plan(2014-2016),regard special education teachers training as important link to support the development of special education,and put forward new demand about special education teachers team construction and teachers training.The writer,chooses “Special Education Teachers Training in China” as the paper title,by combing and reflecting the process of the special education teachers in China,learning from the experiences of developed countries in the west in the same time,in order to reveal the problems of the special education teachers training in China and put forward the way conception of perfecting special education teachers training.With the help of a large number of firsthand data,including archival data,files of policy and regulation,education yearbook statistics,internal data of colleges and universities teaching faculty training and so on,this research combs historical data and literature about teaching faculty training of special education,and the history of teachers training of special education systematically about our country to the reform and opening up.Research content includes the following parts:Introduction part explains research purposes and significance,clears basic connotation and concrete research object of special education teachers training in our country;on the basis of summarizing the existing research results,it constructs the overall writing framework and basic idea of this paper,and introduces basic research method.The first chapter mainly discusses that from the eastward transmission of western sciences,the establishment and development of special education teachers training in our country,tothe early stage of the reform and opening up,it had experienced early winding development,the fracture during the Great Cultural Revolution,and seeking to revive until steady development.In this chapter,the author also discusses how special education teachers training develops from the early stage of embarrassing situation to the stage of forming some training experiences,and starting the preliminary attempt of special education teachers’ specialization.This chapter systematically analyses that special education teachers’ development is influenced by their the China’s initial formation of special education teachers training system with Chinese characteristics(1978—1998).It analyses different forms and causes of special education teachers training from reform and opening up to the late1990 s,elaborates the common characteristics and basic development trend presented by this period from different dimensions such as enactment of policies,laws and regulations,the changes of the training mode,the development of the curriculum provision about special education teachers training in our country.The third chapter discusses the Chinese deepened reform of special education teachers training(since 1998).From the perspective of teachers’ professional development,this chapter analyses the meanings of special education teachers’ professional development,professional qualities that should be equippedwith training,cultivating modes and corresponding constructions of policy and implementation since the late 90 s of the 20 th century,under the background of integration of education,inclusive education,full inclusion,especially after the17 th CPC National Congress and the 18 th CPC National Congress.This paper chooses two universities affiliated to Ministry of Education and two provincial colleges as analytic cases at the same time.Based on the above school training target and special education teachers training system,the writer education at the University of N for example,makes interpretations and analysis from training goal,training pattern,curriculum provisionand other aspects.It also summarizes reference values to the reform of the special education teachers training in our country.The fifth chapter,this chapter discusses the way construction of special education teachers training in China.It analyses that our country’s special education teachers training is under the background of the blending of Chinese and western culture,special education teachers training,walks from translation to localization,combines absorption with self-development,localization grows under the background of the conflict of Chinese and western culture.This chapter raises a new idea of our country special education teachers training development:cultural awareness and concern are the only way for special education teachers to develop in China,special education teachers’ professional level improvement is the focus,the integration of pre-job training and post-job training of special education teachers is a trend,the construction of special education teachers’ qualification certificate system is a basic method,the construction of special education teachers’ teaching ability that forming from opposite method to selfless-learning is an important measure. |
