It has been an inevitable and necessary choice to build new socialist countryside the realization of Education fair is a long process. On one hand educate scale reached the best level with great achievement in history; but on the other hand, public investrnent in education is shortage, education resources occupied by the citizen are serious inequality. Decline in the quality of Humane Education, imbalance of the values of education. All of those are unable to meet the requirements of the scientific view of social development. Equality in education issues has become a social catholicity problem. At present, What the Chinese education policies need to face is how to comprehend of the phenomena of inequality in the education resources at this stage, according to the perspective of sustainable development and solve them effectively.The article researches about the unjust performance and profound reasons for education; the related social problems of the inequality education and the measures of the government should adopt.In the eyes of the development unbalance, the trend of education development in the east, central and western regions of our country showing: The eastern higher than the central part, central part higher than western. The difference between urban and rural areas has become more apparent. Even have some different schools in the same area still unfairness. The investments of education budget obviously focus on the top schools. Urban-rural gap is the most reflection in China's economic and social development.This articles the major factors of the unjust phenomenon in Chinese education: First, Education was misguided to "Education Industrialization". While at the transformation period in the planned economy system; Second, institutional factors; Third, Education Structure is unreasonable, and incompatible with economic and the social development; Fourth, Education Reform' S One-sidedness and blindness, this also led to the unjust profound reason of education. As for how to promote the balanced development of education, I also made the following thought: In basic education, we need to strengthen the government's responsibility to ensure a stable supply of funds for compulsory education; Male out the basic formulation of urban and rural schools; implementation of regional sharing of educational resources; take remedial measures to the disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in the region. In higher education, we should establish and improve the tertiary education system and concern for disadvantaged groups, establish effective mechanisms for compensation.
