The famous "u-v" phenomenon of the labor economics has already appeared in the university graduate employment in china, the university graduate employment problem has already become a hot problem of the whole social common concern. In this kind of case, the unit demand behavior of university graduate is also continuously subjected to the social public concern, therefore, it is necessary to study and inquiry into the unit demand behavior of university graduate.On the basis of the theoretical analysis about the unit demand behavior of university graduate, this text study primarily the unit demand behavior which is closely-related to the university graduate employment. Through questionnaire for 115 units and interview for 20 units in Beijing, this text analyzes the present condition and the influential factors of the unit demand behavior of university graduate in Beijing, then mainly analyzes the human resource management activities which are related to the unit demand behavior, and thinks thoroughly about how to promote the level of unit demand behavior.Chapter 1 of the thesis introduces the background and meaning of this research, then explains the target,order,method,innovation and shortage of this research, and in the end, chapter 1 carries on the definition of some basic concepts.The content of chapter 2 is the overview of domestic and international related research , this chapter mainly introduces the Chinese scholar's related research results in the last few years.Chapter 3 of the thesis carries on the theoretical analysis to the content of the unit demand behavior of university graduate, and clarifies the emphasis of this research is the unit increased demand behavior, then carries on further analyzing to five human resource management activities which is related to the unit increased demand behavior, explains their influence on the unit increased demand behavior.The main content of chapter 4 of the thesis is the substantial evidence research about unit demand behavior of university graduate in Beijing. Firstly this chapter introduces the goal, content, object and process of the investigation, then thoroughly analyzes the material which obtained from questionnaire and interview, carries on the overall explanation and the sub-item description to the Beijing unit demand behavior of university graduate, mainly explains the total quantity of demand, the overall appraisal about university graduate, the factors that is considered in the course of employee recruiting, salary condition as well as labor relation management situation and so on.Chapter 5 carries on has further analysis to the information obtained from interview, with the material obtained from literature research as well as the questionnaire survey, proposes several standpoints about the unit demand behavior of university graduate in Beijing, includes three aspects: some units initially formed their own demand pattern, the advanced technology and methods of humane resources management is wide spread and in use, as well as the comparison between unit demand behavior and university graduate's anticipation.Chapter 6 carries on thorough ponder about how to improve the level of unit demand behavior, proposes two opinion, firstly, units should provide the career and the environment when they provides the posts, secondly, units should improve the whole level of their human resource management.
