Curriculum' n' instruction which plays an important role in graduate education is one of main ways of cultivating graduates. In the dissertation, curriculum instruction is regarded as a whole, which contains two aspects: one is considered that instruction is a curriculum process, while the other is considered that curriculum is a pedagogical event. The author goes along the logical road of status analysis-topic finding-topic analysis-problem solution with adopting synthetic methods of facts analysis literature analysis and investigation, which aims at improving and then establishing a scientific and suitable curriculum' n' instruction of masters in H-University.The exploration consists of six parts. As the introduction, Chapter One clarifies the cause and meaning of the topic, reviews the relating research home and abroad, defines several key concepts of curriculum' n' instruction, educational goals, program, the structure of a program, curriculum design, teaching strategy, teaching methods, curriculum evaluation. In addition, the scope of research, notions concerned, methods adopted are also mentioned.The second part is Chapter Two, which offers a basis for further investigation and analysis with illustrating the background and the achievements of graduate education in H-University.The third part is Chapter Three. In this part, the author shows the present situation and problems of curriculum' n' instruction of masters in H-University, by adopting synthetic methods of facts analysis, literature analysis and investigation. It takes two steps. First, analyzing the program and investigating more than three hundred masters from different disciplines by using questionnaire. Second, the author focuses on two different sub-disciplines which are subordinated to the same discipline.The forth part is Chapter Four. Based on the two reports referred above, the author evaluates the achievements and problems of curriculum' n' instruction of masters in H-University, then discusses the prominent problems which need further exploration and the generality regarding other universities.According to theoretical disciplines, the author illustrates the basis, realization, and goals in Chapter Five. Especially, the author believes that the objectives of curriculum' n' instruction of masters should be suitable for favoring current and future needs of national and social development, H-University's needs of being constructed to be a research university, and benefit for masters' individualizing and comprehensive development.In Chapter Six, the author firstly describes the development tendency of curriculum' n' instruction of masters home and abroad, then suggests that curriculum' n' instruction of masters in H-University should be improved from four aspects.
