Communication is a basic request that human beings exist. Essentially, all the educational activities are carried out through the intercommunication between teachers and students. Started with the educational essence and particularity of vocational education, Based on related research results, adopted questionnaire investigation with the on-the-spot form interview investigation together, this paper researches the communicating quality that covers the school life of teachers and students at vocational schools. Then the paper discusses the meanings and strategies on how to rebuild the understanding relationship from the view of teacher-students' subjectivities. The main ideas and research contents are listed as the following.First, this paper defines the concepts of communication, effective communication and teacher-students' communication. Then carding some different theoretical basic about teacher-students' communication.Secondary, the paper describes the present condition of teacher-students' communication at vocational school through different topics and modules. Open out that the serious quality and the various obstacles of teacher-students' communication. And then it induces representations of the obstacles about teacher-students' communication at vocational schools. That is, lack of touching, intercourse and understanding between teachers and students. Being distinct of effectiveness of potential difference. Making a difference between students. Only paying attention to cognition instead of sensibility. And then sink for its toot. Concretely speaking, to analyze it based on communication concepts of philosophical view, communication surroundings of sociological view and communication feelings of psychological view.Finally, based on demonstration investigation, combined teacher-students' real aspirations at vocational schools. The paper discusses the meanings and strategies on how to reconstruct the understanding relationship from the view of teacher-students' subjectivities. The meaning of teacher-students' understanding relationship includes two aspects. One is that communication is the base of teacher-students' understanding relationship. By dint of communication, teachers and students complement the consolidation of appropriation and surpassing, form the related and integrated relationship, thus achieve the true understanding. The other meaning is that the essence of teacher-students' understanding relationship is co-benefit between them. The strategies of rebuilding the teacher-students' relationship of understanding include three aspects. The first is transposition thinking. To understand your students, learning to tolerate for each other. The second is to treat equally without discrimination. Being a listener. The third is being learning in class, being friends out class. Teachers and students interact harmoniously inside and outside class and learn to make dialog with each other.
