The purpose of this research-essay is to study the influence of the level of music feeling in public P.E aerobic exercise class on teaching effect and provide theoretical base to the practical teaching of aerobic exercise. The method is to select sixty students(all of them are fe-male) occasionally who come from the Communication University and then divided into two groups. which is the experiment group and the comparison group. We can adopt a series of acts to make the research. Namely: the document data, expert access, symbolic statistics and logic anaslye, the last is experimentation. At the beginning of the experiment. You must test the three ability of the selected students. One is the ability of imitating the music rhythm. the other is counting the beat to music as well as the ability imitate the action rhythm. we can get the original data of the level of music feeling by the test. it is the same as the teaching effect we can get it from the following five aspects. that is the rhythm of action and music should be anastomosed. action's extent as sell the strength's extent.its impetus figuration and memory. then body gesture. the data is inspected through t, if P is beyond 0.05.that is to say. There is no obvious difference between the level of music feeling and the teaching effect. During the experiment, the students from the experiment group improve their level of music feeling by interluding the education of which in the teaching process, using the method of music theoretical lesson, watchword assisting to improve the students' level of music feeling, while the students of the comparison group take the method of traditional way that is not to interlude fit in the teaching process and the other teaching methods are the same as the experiment group. After a semester's teaching experiment, basing on each member's respond to three aspects of the feeling level of music feeling and five aspects of teaching effect. We take a test and educe data on both of them.. By comparison each four data and the four original data before experiment, we draw some conclusion:First, using the method of music theoretical lesson, watchword assisting that can improve the ability of imitating the music rhythm. the other is counting the beat to music as well as the ability imitate the action rhythm, so can improve the student's level of music feeling.Second, improving the students' level of music feeling can improve their that is the rhythm of action and music should be anastomosed., action's extent as sell the strength's extent, its impetus figuratio and memory, then body gesture, so can improve the teaching effect of aerobic exercise.
