Modern Educational Technology And Reform Of Physical Education In High School

Knowledge economical times makes the focus of international competition to be economical and scientific competition, the key point of which is the competition of human resource, especial of the high-quality human resource. High education including sports bears the burden of cultivating compound and creative human resource, while the current situation of physical education in high school is not optimistic. It needs reforming. Modern educational technology comes into being with the development of informational scientific technology and soft scientific technology. It is the result of high development of modern technology. It has changed the running and developing mode in various fields and people's way of life and study. It has greatly influenced high education including sports. Thus making use of it becomes an inevitable way to deepen the reform of physical education in high school.With modern educational technology and physical education in high school as research object, the article, employing document inferred method, systematical method, expert interview method and comparative method and discussing the necessity and feasibility of the reform, comes up with some counter-measures and suggestions to deepen the reform of physical education in high school by making use of modern educational technology, so as to offer theoretical support and practical guidance to promote the application and development of modern educational technology in physical education in high school. The conclusions are as follows:Firstly, Though this reform has been complemented for many years, there are still some problems in the background of being knowledgeable economical times, such as the backward teaching mode, the unreasonable structure of staff and teaching resource, the incomplete sports field and equipment, the low-level management, the lack of the amount of theoretical classes and so on.Secondly, The application of modern technology can promote the conversion of physical education concept of high school and enhance the reform of teaching contents, teaching method, the change of teaching subject, the improvement of teaching surroundings and educational assessment system.Thirdly, The application of modern technology is an important way to increase teaching quality, to realize educational modernization and to promote the sustainable development of physical education in high school. The development of soft, hard techniques and potential technology provide the scientific and technical guarantee for the reform.Fourthly, in the application, we should deal with three kinds of relations: the relation between hard, soft and potential technology, that of modern and traditional medias and that of the application form and teaching content.Fifthly, on the premises of establishing a comprehensive guidance though including "health first", "life-time sports" , "body building" and "scientific development outlook", we should transform concept and increase cognition. We should also strengthen the development of relevant laws and regulations. Making best use of hard and soft applying environment of modern technology and developing teaching staff and resource are the essential to deepen the reform.Sixthly, We should make best use of modern technology to build new teaching mode, say reaction type media, establish and improve management system of physical education in high school, found a scientific assessment system and create the campus sports culture web in order to face the challenge of development of modern times and meet society's need of the development of creative and compound human resource.
