With the development of science and technology, especially the advent of the information society, modern educational technology is increasingly becoming a new growth and support point. against the background of the further development of education and education reform, the implementation of quality education, and the effective integration of new concepts, new methods and new technology into the education reform. As the concept of new curriculum reform has strikes root in the hearts of people and education reform is in progress, "learner-centered education" has been given first priority to. In the condition of modern educational technology, how to prevent educational technology from being simply a tool for teacher-students interaction, returning humanity to eduction and more focus on humanity development has become a problem we should explore.In this study, reading and drawing on existing research, the author systematically discusses the characteristics of classroom teaching in the conditions of modern technology, the role and advantages of modern educational technology in classroom teaching and its impact. Furthemore, this research explores the strategies of classroom teaching reform in the conditon of modern educational technology. The article is divided into four parts:The first chapter is mainly about the introduction of the origin, the significance of the research, and some information about the overview of the research. At last is the difference of educational technology and modern educational technology, culture and culture of classroom instruction.The second chapter introduces the basic characteristics of classroom teaching in the condition of modern educational technology.The third chapter explores the principles of classroom teaching reform in the condition of modern educational technology (personality development principles, the principle of autonomy, the principle of openness).The last chapter explores the strategy of classroom teaching reform in the condition of modern education technology from three aspects: teachers, schools and educational administration departments.
