They have the regulations and rules just like some common organizations have. They work as the bridges and ties in the schools' affairs, and they also play a big role in the students' activities. The standard construction of the students' organization can improve the ability of the students' "self-service", "self-management" and "self-education".At the beginning of the article, there are the questionnaire and interview to the students' organizations in the newly upgraded institutes. Then the author goes on analyzing the problems according to them, for example, the regulations and rules are imperfect, the content of the activities is poor, the system for selecting cadres is irregular and the management mode of two levels--- institute and department is immature etc. The problems are affected by both the external environment and the imperfect management system of the students' organizations. The author also takes Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology which has been upgraded in recent years as an example, and combines the targets of high vocational and professional institutes, then puts forward the basic way of thought about the construction of the students' organization and the countermeasures of the existent problems during the construction of the students' organizations.
