Study On The Problems Of Teachers' Construction In Higher Vocational And Technical Colleges Which Were Upgraded From Technical Secondary Schools In Shaanxi

In the microenvironment of national education system reform and education layout adjustment, the higher vocational and technical education has increased many new development opportunities. Since 2005, some technical secondary schools have successively upgraded to higher vocational and technical colleges, Shaanxi province includs:Xianyang Vocational and Technical College;Xi'an Vocational and Technical College;Shangluo Vocational and Technical College;Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College;Yan'an Vocational and Technical College;Weinan Vocational and Technical College;Ankang Vocational and Technical College; Tongchuan Vocational and Technical College. To a certain extent, the technical secondary schools upgrade to the higher vocational and technical colleges complied with the higher vocational and technical education development general orientation, also it brings new survival and development space to the technical secondary schools which were faced so many problems of recruitment and employment. But do not neglect, there are many problems of teachers'construction in these new higher vocational and technical colleges.Thus affecting students'quality seriously and restricting the colleges'development, so further improvement and construction are necessary.In the view of the present situation, firstly, this research define the research scope of"higher vocational and technical colleges", in order to know these colleges'situation, and uses the literature material methodology, questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical method of average, auxiliary by investigate and studies on the spot, and so on. Then analyses the main questions and reasons in these colleges, and induct the summary and absorb the essence of something and makes the reasonable sublimation. Finally, in view of Shaanxi province higher vocational and technical colleges'situation puts forward the feasible proposals, at the same time, it provides the theory basis for the colleges'teachers'development.The prominent characteristic in this research is to distinguish the upgrade college and establishing college and transformation college, making the research object become more explicit and make the research purpose become more clearer. combined with shaanxi province social and economic development characteristics, putting forward teaching staff construction new measures,made Research Results possess more practical guiding significance, then this study in the whole try to see problems and from global height to solve the problems,It makes the teachers'construction are more effective and scientific.In the long run, it becomes more advantageous to the college's health and rapid development.
