Educational technology is an important way to improve teaching qualities and diathesis education. And it is also an important aspect to modernize education. In order to make information technology gradually used in education, the key question is how to cultivate a group of teachers who are good at the use of educational technology. So, it is the most urgent that concerning about the problems that teacher are faced up to when use them in teaching and probing strategies to solve them.The research adopts various kinds of methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire, expert interview and so on .The thesis puts forward the proper content of using educational technology for middle school teachers based on the literature analysis and expert interview. And then based on the proper content, design the question are.This dissertation take the middle schools in JiuJiang as a case study , investigate and analyze the present status about that teachers use the educational technology in education. Find that there are many problem existing the use of technology such as outweigh the technology on human being, short of theories, the understanding of technology is narrow, lack of design in the use of Multi-media. And the problem lack of design in the use of Multi-media is prominent. Some teacher believe that the more they use Multi-media in teaching, the best effect the teaching is, and the new the technology is the good the teaching is .And some teachers believe that educational technology is making courseware or teach with Multi-media .So get the conclusion that: The present teachers' technology using ability can not match the step of information education.At last, the thesis gives out some strategies to solve the problems, such as strengthen the cultivating of teachers' instructional design ability and the learning of theories, and establish the evaluating system to appraise teachers' ability to use the information technology.The author hopes that the research can give some advices for middle school teachers to use information technology effetely, and fully explore the effect of educational technology in teaching.
